One of the first few buildings to come up in the ‘New Raipur’ capital where the client’s brief was to establish a powerful symbol of law. Inspired by the Parliament and dictated by the local climate, the academic block was an integration of symbolism and environmental response. The central court forms the nucleus of a hyperactive campus.
